WWE Spoilers: Future of RAW to be decided at Payback


The fourth annual WWE Payback will come to you, live on the WWE Network, this Sunday night, May 1, from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, IL. As announced on last night’s RAW, WWE Chairman Vince McMahon will make a special appearance at Payback to decide who will be in charge of Monday Night RAW going forward. Also, two more matches were added to the card. Here is the updated card for Payback:

  • WWE World Heavyweight Championship: Roman Reigns (c) vs. AJ Styles
  • Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens
  • Dean Ambrose vs. Chris Jericho
  • Intercontinental Championship: The Miz (c) (with Maryse) vs. Cesaro
  • #1 Contenders’ Tag Team Tournament: Finals: Enzo & Big Cass vs. The Vaudevillains
  • Dolph Ziggler vs. Baron Corbin
  • Women’s Championship: Charlotte (c) (with Ric Flair) vs. Natalya (with Bret Hart)
  • Vince McMahon to Decide Who Will Run RAW
  • United States Championship: Kickoff Exclusive: Kalisto (c) vs. Ryback

The Payback Kickoff show will air exclusively on the WWE Network starting an hour before the event at 7/6c and will feature analysis from the Kickoff Panel as well as the match for the United States Championship.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon will appear live at Payback to announce who will run RAW for the foreseeable future and the Chairman will decide which of his two children, either Shane McMahon or Stephanie McMahon, will run WWE’s #1 show on a regular basis.
